Overview

The Gift That Turned Into a Tradition

Most companies chase novelty with employee gifts. IBM went the other way. They came to us looking for one sleek, branded dress sock they could give teams across the company, then order again without rethinking it. We built the spec, they approved it, and it has been reordered since. This run was 450 pairs.

How a Sock Became Part of the Culture

IBM has built a century on precision, and that expectation carries into small things. A gift handed to an employee either feels considered or it doesn't, and there's no middle ground. So the sock had to look restrained rather than loud, with the logo working as pattern instead of a badge stuck on the ankle. We matched their blue exactly and knit it in, so every batch comes out identical to the last.

The interesting part is what happened next. What started as a single gift for one department turned into something teams across the company now expect. That only works if the quality holds, and if reordering is genuinely simple. Because the spec is on file and the colors are already matched, a new batch takes a week rather than a fresh design cycle. Employees get an everyday staple, and IBM gets a tradition that runs itself.

Can I order custom socks in a specific color or length, like all black or knee-high?

Absolutely. We match any Pantone color with no per-color fees, including a solid black base, and offer lengths from no-show and ankle to crew and knee-high.

Can I see a sample before I order?

Yes. We can send free samples of past work so you can feel the Italian quality, and produce a spec sample of your own design for a small fee before you commit to a full run.

How long does it take to get custom socks?

Free designs arrive in about 24 hours, and once approved, most orders are produced and shipped within 7 days. Need them sooner? A rush option adds 2-day delivery for tight deadlines.

How much do custom socks cost?

Our pricing is all inclusive to your doorstep with no rush or hidden fees ever. Pricing depends on the quantity but generally runs from $7.75 a pair to $18.75 a pair. This includes design, labels and full delivery.

What's the minimum order for custom socks?

Our minimum is 100 pairs per design, the lowest in the industry for woven socks. That keeps custom socks realistic for small teams, single events, and first-time orders, not just very large corporate runs.

Where are your custom socks made?

Our socks are knit in Castel Goffredo, Italy, the sock-making capital of Europe, right next to the continent's largest yarn mill. We're based in the USA and Canada and ship worldwide, so you get Italian quality with North American service.
