What Is GRS Certified Wool?
The GRS verifies the recycled content of our wool as well as the responsible social, environmental and chemical practices of our wools production. Additionally, our wool is only processed through RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) accredited companies, in order to obtain complete traceability used in the production chain from fibre to yarn.
Our wool is made with 20% pre or post consumer regenerated wool for optimal eco sustainability, so you can feel good about your feet feeling good.
The Global Recycle Standard (GRS) an international standard that sets requirements certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions.

Our Ethical Wool Socks truly is a one of a kind! We only use the most luxurious wool threads to create a pillowy and velvety sock that is an absolute treat to see and touch. But we didn’t stop there, in order to make this dream sock we searched high and low to find the most sustainable wool sock on the market. These threads are traced from sheep to mill directly to our top of the line Italian factory, where they are lovingly spun into your very own design.

Our Eco Luxe sock has a beautiful marled effect that comes from specialized artisan threads. No colour is completely solid which lends to an incredibly unique and depth field of colour

There’s no need to spare comfort for sustainability! Our wool is produced under the criteria of the Responsible Wool Standard and is made using 20% post consumer material.
Reinforced Heel & Toe
We stitch our heels and toe after production to ensure that your socks are comfortable and long lasting!
Full Colour Printed Wrap
All our Custom Socks include a full colour printed label. For Eco-Luxe we use our wrap to hold the socks together and recommend adding extra branding and information for a fully bespoke set.

The Initial Design
Our specialized designers create a set of custom sock designs and labels combining your branding
with their knitting knowledge.
Stitch Perfect
Once finalized, our designers take the design and begin a specialized process to convert the design into stitching in what is called a “Sew Out”.

The Knitty-Gritty
The Sock technician in the factory uploads the 'Sew Out' and hones and refines the placement of the threads to create the perfect combination of design and wearability.
A Sock is Born
After multiple test runs have been completed and all the threads have been Pantone-matched, the sock design can be put into production where the entirety of the socks are identically made.

Finishing Touches
After the socks are knitted, the toes are carefully sewn, then each pair is steamed and pressed. Finally, labels are meticulously stitched on, one by one.

These socks truly are one of a kind! It took us three years of research and exploration to be able to offer these truly unique ethical wool socks. We wanted the softest, most luxurious wool sock we could find, with a wide range of colour options - not an easy feat! And on top of that we wanted to find the best wool that would align with our high standards in terms of minimizing our impact on the planet.
Once we started showing these socks to our friends and colleagues the response was overwhelming - requests started pouring in before we had even launched! We know how important it is to put your mark on only the best products, and these socks will be treasured for years to come.
Ethical and Environmental Impact
We are proud to manufacture our socks in Italy for many reasons, but our commitment to the ethical and environmental impact of our actions is one of our favorites.
In the EU, there is a comprehensive chemicals legislation, spearheaded by REACH and CLP, which aims to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment. These agencies maintain that manufacturing done within Italy causes the least amount of impact to the environment.
As well, our factory in Italy has been in the family for generations, and specializes in bespoke, small batch runs, which allows us to work with everyone closely and stay in touch often. We are a small and committed team that’s dedicated to our work and each other. We aim to withhold the highest safety standards and have frequent third party assessments to ensure the best working environments for all.
Wool Swatches
In order to provide our signature short production times we have curated an in house selection of wool options to choose from. These colours are pigment rich with a unique melange of colours that are a treat for the eyes and the feet. Logos can still be made with our pantone matching technology but must be in a single colour. By offering a set selection, we minimize the amount of wasted resources by only focusing on our most loved choices.
