Overview

Project Overview

Gamescom is not a forgiving room for branded merchandise. AWS for Games wanted an item that read as authentic to gaming, not as marketing. We knit 100 pairs of black dress socks under a repeating controller icon pattern. Woven 200 needle, made in Italy, delivered in eight days.

The Toughest Crowd for Free Stuff

Gaming audiences have strong opinions about branded merchandise, and they are usually right. Anything that looks like a marketing department guessing gets left behind. That is why the pattern mattered more than the logo here. Controller icons repeated across the whole sock read as a design decision first and a brand placement second, which is the only way a giveaway earns a spot in someone's luggage.

Sizing is the quiet advantage too. Shirts and hats force a booth team to guess at fit and carry stock they will not clear. One size fits most removes that problem entirely, so a hundred pairs means a hundred usable gifts. With a 100 pair minimum per design, a company can run a themed pattern for one show and something different for the next without ordering into the thousands.

Can I order custom socks in a specific color or length, like all black or knee-high?

Absolutely. We match any Pantone color with no per-color fees, including a solid black base, and offer lengths from no-show and ankle to crew and knee-high.

How does sock sizing work?

Most of our clients order our “one size fits most” custom socks but we offer custom sizes for men, women, children, and babies as well. Contact us and we'll guide you through our sizing options.

How long does it take to get custom socks?

Free designs arrive in about 24 hours, and once approved, most orders are produced and shipped within 7 days. Need them sooner? A rush option adds 2-day delivery for tight deadlines.

How much do custom socks cost?

Our pricing is all inclusive to your doorstep with no rush or hidden fees ever. Pricing depends on the quantity but generally runs from $7.75 a pair to $18.75 a pair. This includes design, labels and full delivery.

What's the minimum order for custom socks?

Our minimum is 100 pairs per design, the lowest in the industry for woven socks. That keeps custom socks realistic for small teams, single events, and first-time orders, not just very large corporate runs.

Where are your custom socks made?

Our socks are knit in Castel Goffredo, Italy, the sock-making capital of Europe, right next to the continent's largest yarn mill. We're based in the USA and Canada and ship worldwide, so you get Italian quality with North American service.
