What makes Sockrates different?
Our pricing is all inclusive to your doorstep with no rush or hidden fees ever. Pricing depends on the quantity but generally runs from £3.71 a pair to £8.90 a pair. This includes design, labels and full delivery.
Can I get a rush order?
Yes. Rush is 7 days of production plus 2-day express shipping to your door. Email hello@socktologist.com with your in-hand date.
How does sock sizing work?
Most clients order our “one size fits most” adult socks. We also make custom sizes for men, women, youth, children, and babies. Tell us the sizes you need and we’ll guide you. Minimums apply per size and design.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Designs arrive within 4 hours. After approval, most orders are produced and shipped within 7 days from Italy. Shipping is DHL, 2-3 days to your door, with tracking. We confirm your ship date within 1 business day of your order.
What are your socks made of?
Most clients choose our mercerized cotton crew sock: 80% mercerized cotton, 17% polyamide, 3% spandex. We also offer Virgin British Wool, GOTS-certified organic cotton, and athletic blends.
What are the minimum order quantities?
100 pairs per design and size, the lowest in the industry for woven socks. For more than 2,500 pairs, email us for a custom quote.
Can you ship to all our offices?
Yes. Free worldwide express shipping is included, and we regularly split shipments across multiple addresses. The details go on the final design board you approve. When shipping on our account, we cover shipping and duties to every door, and each shipment gets DHL tracking.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. We match exact Pantone colours with no per-colour fees. The design is knit into the yarn, not printed, and we run test stitches and approve every colour with you before production.
Can I feel the quality first?
Absolutely. We’ll send complimentary samples of past work. If you want to see your own design first, we can make a spec sample for a small fee before the full run.
