What are the lead times for multi-location orders?
Our lead time is the same as a non multi location order! Production is 7 days and shipping is 1-3 days depending on the destination.
How do you handle customs and import duties?
We are a preferred client of UPS as we ship thousands of packages globally throughout the year. Our in-house team works with UPS to clear all packages as they are moving through the UPS network and resolve any issues that arise. We manage this process from shipment to delivery.
Can I ship different quantities to different locations?
Yes - no problem at all. At the time of order we collect all of the pertinent information required for the order and manage the quantities to all locations as required.
What is the minimum order for global shipping?
Our minimum order is 100 pairs per location as this is the minimum order quantity for any order.
How is pricing determined for shipping?
All of our pricing is all inclusive to your door and includes everything. As long as you are hitting the minimum order quantity the price is transparently provided, both on our website and at the time of order.
